The formula combines vitamin C from tapioca with a suite of mineral ascorbates and chelates — calcium ascorbate, magnesium ascorbate, sodium ascorbate, and potassium ascorbate — alongside zinc citrate, selenium as selenomethionine, manganese amino acid chelate, chromium polynicotinate, and vanadium amino acid chelate.
