We will accept any unopened, unmarked product for return within 30 days of purchase for credit on your account or a refund to your credit card. All returns will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Please call for authorization prior to shipment. No returns accepted after 30 days. Excluded from returns are perishables, probiotics and cold ship items.
Some products listed on our website and in our catalog are not kept in stock; these items are listed as ‘Special Order Items’ and are ordered upon your request. Special order items are not eligible for return unless damaged.
