Domestic Shipping Rates:

FREE UPS/USPS GROUND SHIPPING on orders of $250+ (AK, HI, PR excepted)
UPS/USPS Ground $13.00 FLAT RATE SHIPPING on orders under $250 (AK, HI, PR
excepted)
UPS 3 Day Select Upon Request
UPS 2nd Day Air Upon Request
UPS Next Day Air Upon Request

International Shipping Rates:

We use UPS Worldwide for International shipping. The cost will be calculated based
on your address and the size and weight of the package. Please note that you are
responsible for all taxes and duties.

Temperature Sensitive Shipping:

MHP reserves the right to add additional charges after sale for cold and warm
shipping as required by product specifications. We do not ship temperature
sensitive products (e.g. probiotics) on a Thursday or Friday to avoid potential
prolonged heat or cold exposure. UPS 2nd Day Air recommended on all cold-ship
items from April-October. Next Day Air may be required if shipping to: CA, AZ, NM,
NV, TX, LA, AL, MS, FL, GA.

Patient Drop Ship Rates:

$13.00 FLAT RATE UPS GROUND/USPS on all order sizes. No invoice is sent to the
patient. All invoices are charged to the Practitioner.

Order Processing:

U.S. orders with standard shipping received by 4:00 PM MST are processed for
shipment that day.

Payment Methods:

We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover.

Returns:

We will accept unopened, unmarked product for return within 30 days of purchase
for credit on your account or a refund to your credit card. All returns will be
charged a 20% restocking fee. Please call for authorization prior to shipment. No
returns accepted after 30 days. Excluded from returns are perishables, probiotics
and cold ship items.

Price Changes:

All prices are subject to change without notice. MHP is not liable for errors or
omissions.

Damaged /Missing Items:

If you receive a shipment that contains a broken/damaged item or if an item is
missing, we require you notify our office within 7 business days. Pictures of the
shipping box and damaged items are required to expedite resolution. If there is any
damage to the outside of the box, please keep the shipping materials (until we have
approved of their disposal). We will work to correct the problem promptly either
through credit or a shipping call-tag.
