Domestic Shipping Rates:
FREE UPS/USPS GROUND SHIPPING on orders of $300+ (AK, HI, PR excepted)
UPS/USPS Ground $13.00 FLAT RATE SHIPPING below $300 (AK, HI, PR excepted)
UPS 3 Day Select Upon Request – Call for Quote or add to the notes line on your order
UPS 2nd Day Air Upon Request – Call for Quote or add to the notes line on your order
UPS Next Day Air Upon Request – Call for Quote or add to the notes line on your order
USPS Mail (All P.O. Boxes)
Post Office Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO) may be delayed by one (1) business days.
International Shipping Rates:
DHL - Please note our website does not allow for international shipping charges to be added to your cart at the time of your order. You will be charged the standard $11 for shipping after we weigh the package you will be contacted with the additional shipping charge. Please be advised because of international time zones when your order is placed it may be delayed by a few days until we hear back from you. You are responsible for all customs charges. We are not liable for delays or losses due to customs or import taxes and are unable to refund shipping charges for orders that are denied entry. We do not ship to Mexico, Spain or Saudi Arabia.
Cold & Hot Shipping:
MHP reserves the right to add additional charges after sale for cold and warm shipping as required by product specifications. We do not ship temperature-sensitive products (e.g. probiotics) on a Thursday or Friday to avoid potential prolonged heat or cold exposure. UPS 2nd Day Air recommended on all cold-ship items from April-October. Next Day Air may be required if shipping to: CA, AZ, NM, NV, TX, LA, AL, MS, FL, GA.
Patient Drop Ship Rates:
$13.00 FLAT RATE UPS GROUND/USPS on all order sizes. No invoice is sent to the patient. All invoices are charged to the Practitioner.
Order Processing:
U.S. orders with standard shipping received by 4:00 PM MST are processed for shipment that day. Special delivery/non-standard shipping options are shipped same day when received by 3:00 PM MST. If you require special shipping such as next day, 2nd day or Postal delivery, please note this in the note section of your order.
Payment Methods:
Orders placed online with payment by MasterCard, Visa and American Express.
Credit terms may also be available; please contact Customer Support for a credit application.
Returns:
We will accept any unopened, unmarked product for return within 30 days of purchase for credit on your account or a refund to your credit card. All returns will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Please call for authorization prior to shipment. No returns accepted after 30 days. Excluded from returns are perishables, probiotics and cold ship items.
Special Order Items:
Some products listed on our website and in our catalog are not kept in stock; these items are listed as ‘Special Order Items’ and are ordered upon your request. Special order items are not eligible for return unless damaged.
Out of Stock Items:
If an item ordered is out of stock, you will receive the remainder of your order with the out of stock item on backorder. We will ship you're out of stock item as soon as it is available, usually within 10–14 business days. You will not be charged for the out of stock item until it is shipped to you. MHP reserves the right to charge additional shipping costs for backorder fulfillment due to manufacturer supply chain disruptions.
Price Changes:
All prices are subject to change without notice. MHP is not liable for errors or omissions.
Damaged /Missing Items:
If you receive a shipment that contains a broken/damaged item or if an item is missing, we require you notify our office within 7 business days. Pictures of the shipping box and damaged items are required to expedite resolution. If there is any damage to the outside of the box, please keep the shipping materials (until we have approved of their disposal). We will work to correct the problem promptly either through credit or a shipping call-tag.
