Pure Encapsulations O.N.E. Multivitamin is a once-daily multivitamin and mineral formula in vegetarian capsule form, designed for daily wellness support in men and women.
The formula delivers vitamins A, B, C, D, and E in highly bioavailable forms. Vitamin A is provided as vitamin A acetate and 73% beta carotene. Vitamin D is supplied as cholecalciferol (D3). Vitamin E is provided as d-alpha tocopherol succinate. B vitamins include thiamin as thiamin HCl, riboflavin as vitamin B2 with 43% riboflavin 5' phosphate (activated B2), niacin as niacinamide, vitamin B6 as pyridoxine HCl with 38% pyridoxal 5' phosphate (activated B6), folate as Metafolin® L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate (L-5-MTHF), vitamin B12 as methylcobalamin, biotin, and pantothenic acid as calcium pantothenate.
Minerals are delivered in specific forms: iodine as potassium iodide, zinc as zinc citrate, selenium as selenomethionine, manganese as manganese citrate, chromium as chromium polynicotinate, molybdenum as TRAACS® molybdenum glycinate chelate, and boron as boron glycinate.
The formula includes an antioxidant complex comprising alpha lipoic acid and Coenzyme Q10 from MicroActive® Q10-cyclodextrin complex and CoQ10. Choline as choline bitartrate and inositol are included to support healthy cognitive function. FloraGLO® lutein, zeaxanthin, and lycopene round out the antioxidant profile.
