According to Quicksilver Scientific, NMN is the most direct precursor to NAD+, and a scientific finding indicates NMN can be transported directly into cells to produce NAD+.
Trimethylglycine (as betaine) is a methyl donor included alongside NMN to support normal methylation, a metabolic process the body draws on as part of NAD+ biosynthesis.
The formula is presented as a liposomal liquid using Quicksilver Delivery Systems® (QDS®). The product is packaged in a pump-dispenser bottle and is temperature-sensitive; it ships with ice packs and requires refrigeration upon receipt.
