Dentalcidin® LS is a liposomal oral rinse from Bio-Botanical Research, formulated as the second step of the two-step Dentalcidin® Oral Care System. It is intended for use after brushing with Dentalcidin® Oral Microbiome Toothpaste and flossing, and delivers the Biocidin® botanical blend in a liposomal format for use in the periodontal area.
The formula is powered by Biocidin®, a broad-spectrum blend of 18 botanical extracts and essential oils, the majority of which are certified organic. The Biocidin® blend includes Vaccinium myrtillus (bilberry) fruit extract, Vitis vinifera (grape) seed oil, Lentinus edodes (shiitake mushroom) extract, Hydrastis canadensis (goldenseal) root, Morinda citrifolia (noni) fruit extract, Allium sativum (garlic) bulb, Salix alba (white willow) bark, Silybum marianum (milk thistle) seed, Echinacea purpurea herb extract, Echinacea angustifolia root, Rubus idaeus (raspberry) fruit, Juglans nigra (black walnut) hull and leaf, Lavandula angustifolia (lavender) oil, Origanum vulgare (oregano) oil, Ferula galbaniflua (galbanum) oil, Melaleuca alternifolia (tea tree) oil, Fumaria officinalis (fumitory) aerial parts extract, and Gentiana lutea (gentian) root. Additional active ingredients outside the Biocidin® blend include Commiphora myrrha (myrrh) resin, Eugenia caryophyllus (clove) bud oil, Mentha piperita (peppermint) leaf oil, Quercetin, and Ubiquinone (CoQ10).
