Ultra Protein Green is a plant-based protein powder formulated by Douglas Laboratories. It draws protein from five sources: pea protein, organic chia seed, brown rice protein, flaxseed, and organic chlorella protein. The formula is available as a natural French vanilla flavored powder and is sweetened with purified stevia extract.
Beyond protein, each serving includes organic greens — organic alfalfa grass, organic spinach (Spinacia oleracea, leaf), organic kale (Brassica oleracea, leaf), and organic spirulina — alongside a Fiber Blend of inulin and pea fiber and apple pectin to support soluble fiber intake. Bacillus coagulans is included as a probiotic strain, and the formula also provides two digestive enzymes, Protease and Hemicellulase.
A broad spectrum of vitamins and minerals is incorporated, including folate supplied as L-Methylfolate (Metafolin®), vitamin B-12 as methylcobalamin, vitamin D-3 as cholecalciferol from lichen, and magnesium as magnesium citrate, among others.
