Theraxym™ is a blend of ten full-spectrum, plant-based proteolytic enzymes that support the health and function of the immune, cardiovascular, musculoskeletal, and respiratory systems. It is formulated and sold by U.S. Enzymes, exclusively through healthcare professionals.

The Enzyme Blend comprises eleven enzyme components grouped as proteolytic catalysts and a free-radical catalyst. The proteolytic catalysts are Protease I, Protease II, Protease III, Serratiopeptidase, Seaprose S™ (in crystalline form), Papain, Bromelain, Peptidase, Nattokinase, and Peptidase S. The free-radical catalyst is Catalase. The formula also includes Rutin (from Sophora japonica). Each component is measured and stated in its respective enzymatic activity unit — HUT, PC, U, FCC PU, FU, or LAPU — reflecting potency rather than mass alone.

The formula includes the AstraZyme® Proprietary Blend (a registered trademark of ERCC, Inc.), a 25 mg combination of Protease I, Astragalus Root Extract (Astragalus membranaceus), Ginseng Root Extract (Panax notoginseng), Protease II, and a mineral (as sodium calcium aluminosilicate).

Multiple protease enzymes are included from a broad pH range. The formula is free of fillers, artificial colors, flavors, and preservatives. Theraxym™ has been tested for over 250 banned substances and is Informed Sport Certified. Each bottle contains 93 capsules, delivered in an HPMC vegetarian capsule.

Protease I, II, III — proteolytic enzymes active across a broad pH range that support normal protein metabolism and immune system function.

Serratiopeptidase — a proteolytic enzyme that supports normal respiratory and musculoskeletal system function.

Seaprose S™ (crystalline) — a crystalline proteolytic enzyme that supports normal respiratory and musculoskeletal system function.

Papain — a plant-derived proteolytic enzyme that supports normal digestive and immune function.

Bromelain — a plant-derived proteolytic enzyme that supports normal immune and musculoskeletal function.

Peptidase — a proteolytic enzyme that supports normal protein digestion and immune function.

Nattokinase — an enzyme that supports normal cardiovascular system function.

Peptidase S — a proteolytic enzyme that supports normal protein metabolism.

Catalase — a free-radical catalyst that supports normal antioxidant function.

Rutin (Sophora japonica) — a bioflavonoid that complements the proteolytic enzyme complex.

AstraZyme® Proprietary Blend — a combination of proteolytic enzymes, Astragalus Root Extract (Astragalus membranaceus), Ginseng Root Extract (Panax notoginseng), and a mineral (as sodium calcium aluminosilicate) included to complement the full-spectrum enzyme profile.

Take 1 capsule with a glass of water on an empty stomach 2 hours before or after a meal. May be taken every eight hours (3 times per day).
