SP Ultimate is a comprehensive prostate and urinary support formula made by Pure Encapsulations. It combines saw palmetto, pygeum, beta-sitosterol, lycopene, milk thistle, turmeric, green tea, and pomegranate extracts with vitamin D, zinc, and selenium to provide broad-spectrum support for prostate and urinary function, as well as prostate cell health.
Saw palmetto (Serenoa repens) extract, standardized to 45% total fatty acids, is derived from the fruit and is a central ingredient in the formula. Pygeum (Pygeum africanum) extract, sourced from the bark, complements saw palmetto in supporting healthy urinary function, in part by helping to maintain healthy hormone metabolism and enzyme activities. Beta-sitosterol, supplied from a soy phytosterol complex, also contributes to urinary function support. Together, these three botanicals form the core of the formula's urinary and prostate function support.
The antioxidant component of the formula includes lycopene; milk thistle (Silybum marianum) extract, standardized to 80% silymarin; turmeric (Curcuma longa) extract, standardized to 95% curcuminoids; green tea (Camellia sinensis) extract, standardized to 65% total tea catechins and 23% epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG); and pomegranate (Punica granatum) extract from whole fruit, standardized to 40% punicosides. These ingredients provide antioxidant support for prostate cell health.
The formula also supplies vitamin D as cholecalciferol (D3), zinc as zinc citrate, and selenium from selenium yeast, rounding out the micronutrient profile. SP Ultimate is delivered in vegetarian capsules and is certified gluten-free by the Gluten-Free Certification Organization (GFCO), and is free from GMOs and dairy.
