Pure Encapsulations Polyphenol Nutrients is a multivitamin and mineral formula with added polyphenols, produced by Pure Encapsulations and supplied as vegetarian capsules. It combines a broad-spectrum array of essential vitamins and minerals with targeted antioxidant complexes to support overall health and cellular protection.
The formula includes vitamins A, C, D3, E, and a full B-complex — with B vitamins delivered in both standard and activated forms. Riboflavin is provided as vitamin B2 and riboflavin 5′ phosphate (activated B2); vitamin B6 as pyridoxine HCl and pyridoxal 5′ phosphate (activated B6); and folate as Metafolin® (L-5-MTHF), a registered trademark of Merck KGaA, Darmstadt, Germany. Vitamin B12 is present as methylcobalamin.
Minerals are supplied in chelated and organic salt forms: calcium and magnesium as their citrates, zinc as zinc picolinate, selenium as selenomethionine, copper as copper glycinate, manganese as manganese aspartate, chromium as chromium polynicotinate, molybdenum as molybdenum aspartate, potassium as potassium aspartate, boron as boron glycinate, and vanadium as vanadium aspartate.
Beyond foundational micronutrients, the formula incorporates N-Acetyl-l-Cysteine (free-form), inositol, and alpha lipoic acid (thioctic acid), alongside a proprietary mixed carotenoid blend providing lutein, lycopene, and zeaxanthin.
The MacularSynergy Complex delivers FloraGLO® lutein — a registered trademark of Kemin Industries, Inc. — and zeaxanthin to support macular health. The Cell Health Polyphenols blend brings together quercetin; blueberry (Vaccinium angustifolium) fruit extract standardized to contain 1.5% anthocyanins; olive (Olea europaea) fruit extract standardized to provide 1% hydroxytyrosol; pomegranate (Punica granatum) whole fruit extract standardized to contain 40% punicosides; grape (Vitis vinifera) seed extract standardized to contain 92% polyphenols; and green tea (Camellia sinensis) leaf extract standardized to contain 65% total tea catechins and 23% epigallocatechin (EGCG).
Pure Encapsulations formulates with hypoallergenic ingredients and is certified gluten-free by the Gluten-Free Certification Organization.
