Nordic Naturals ProOmega Junior is a smaller soft gel omega-3 supplement providing 680 mg of total omega-3s per serving, including EPA (Eicosapentaenoic Acid) and DHA (Docosahexaenoic Acid), derived from purified deep sea fish oil sourced from anchovies and sardines. The soft gel is half the size of a standard capsule, designed for adults and children who have difficulty swallowing larger pills, and can be swallowed whole or chewed. It is naturally flavored with strawberry and carries no fishy smell, taste, or aftertaste.
ProOmega Junior uses the same double-strength formula found in Nordic Naturals ProOmega, delivered in a 500 mg soft gel. The fish oil is in the triglyceride form.
