Magnesium citrate is the mineral form used in this formula. The liquid format makes it suitable for adults and children ages 4 and up, including those who find capsules or tablets difficult to swallow. The formula is flavored with natural pomegranate flavor and other natural flavors, and is sweetened with xylitol and purified stevia leaf extract.
