PureGenomics® B-Complex is a comprehensive B vitamin supplement from Pure Encapsulations, formulated to address the nutrient requirements of common genetic variations in the methylation pathway. It delivers a broad spectrum of B vitamins in highly researched and activated forms.
Folate is provided as Metafolin® L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate (L-5-MTHF), the biologically active form of folate, included to support individuals with genetic variations in the MTHFR gene. Vitamin B12 is offered as a combination of adenosylcobalamin and hydroxycobalamin. Riboflavin is provided as a blend of vitamin B2 and riboflavin 5' phosphate (activated B2). Vitamin B6 is provided as a blend of pyridoxine HCl and pyridoxal 5' phosphate (activated B6). BenfoPure® benfotiamine, a specialized thiamin derivative, is also included. Choline is provided as choline bitartrate, and inositol rounds out the formula.
