Nutrient 950® is a multivitamin/mineral formula for daily wellness made by Pure Encapsulations. It provides vitamins, minerals, and trace elements in a vegetarian capsule, and is described by the manufacturer as gluten-free, non-GMO, and hypoallergenic.
The B-vitamin complex includes coenzyme and activated forms: riboflavin is supplied as both vitamin B2 and riboflavin 5' phosphate (activated B2); vitamin B6 as both pyridoxine HCl and pyridoxal 5' phosphate (activated B6); folate as Metafolin®, L-5-MTHF; and vitamin B12 as methylcobalamin. Minerals are supplied in chelated and organic-acid forms: calcium as calcium citrate, magnesium as magnesium citrate, iron as iron glycinate, zinc as zinc picolinate, copper as copper glycinate, manganese as manganese aspartate, chromium as chromium polynicotinate, molybdenum as molybdenum aspartate, potassium as potassium aspartate, boron as boron glycinate, vanadium as vanadium aspartate, selenium as selenomethionine, and iodine as potassium iodide. The formula also includes a proprietary mixed carotenoid blend providing lutein, zeaxanthin, and lycopene.
Nutrient 950® is formulated to be well tolerated by sensitive individuals and is available in 90-, 180-, and 360-capsule sizes. Pure Encapsulations is certified gluten-free by the Gluten-Free Certification Organization.
