Iron Response™ is a tablet-form iron supplement made by Innate Response Formulas, delivering 26 mg of fermented iron bisglycinate per serving alongside vitamin C (as ascorbic acid), folate (as folic acid), vitamin B12 (as cyanocobalamin), organic beetroot, and a Food Blend of organic brown rice, organic orange, and organic broccoli.
Iron Response™ was evaluated in an 8-week clinical trial and shown to increase iron levels in individuals with low iron without causing nausea or constipation. Each tablet is gentle enough to take on an empty stomach.
The formula includes folate and vitamin B12, which help maintain healthy red blood cell production. Organic beetroot is included as a whole-food component of the formula.
Iron Response™ is suited for menstruating women, teenage girls, pregnant women, vegans and vegetarians, athletes, and recent blood donors — all of whom are identified by Innate Response Formulas as being at increased risk of low iron.
