BOSWELLIA Rich in boswellic acid, a substance capable of exerting a potent anti-inflammatory action, preventing the articular degeneration. Boswellia also acts as a protector of the gastrointestinal mucosa.
SELENIUM It possesses anti-inflammatory properties, improves the condition of the joints reducing the requirement of cortisone. Selenium appears to inhibit the production of prostaglandins, triggering factors of pain sensation.
DEVIL’S CLAW A plant that has an anti-inflammatory action particularly useful to alleviate disorders related to skeletal and muscular apparatus.
FEVERFEW Thanks to the active substances contained in the leaves, feverfew slows the activation of the transcription of inflammatory protein factors.
WHITE WILLOW Its bark contains salicin, which glycoside hydrolysis to free salicylic acid, the precursor of acetylsalicylic acid, a wellknown anti-inflammatory and antipyretic. The bark is generally used in rheumatic inflammation, in fevers caused by influenza and joint pain as a natural anti-inflammatory.
