SERENOA The Serenoa inhibits 5-alpha reductase, an enzyme that causes the conversion of testosterone to dihydrotestosterone (DHT), in charge of prostatic hypertrophy.
POLLEN Pollen is rich in nutrients and therefore used as a tonic and on BPH. Interesting are its applications in disorders associated with the prostate. Bee pollen is a natural source of the fatty substance known as beta-sitosterol. Betasitosterol has improved the symptoms of benign prostatic hyperplasia such as urinary flow rates and residual bladder urine, and both, directly and indirectly, inhibit the growth of prostate cancer.
HORSETAIL A herbal plant with a diuretic effect improves the effect of diuresis often compromised in prostatic adenoma.
